Miniature Rose in Boxwood

As you will see from the pound coin next to it this one is a bit of a miniature. In total it’s only about 4inches (100mm) tall.

Done in Box so that I could get detail and finish without needing to use abrasives.

Beautiful carving and great photographic reference to the coin! Roses have got to be a difficult subject to capture in a carving, but you’ve done the job quite well.

Great carving on such a pretty and very small rose. It shows great talent and skills.
