Just finished delivering a new rocking horse to my grandson. Made of 2×10 pine from lumberyard and just made sure the grain was going the right way on components and any knots would be covered up by the next layer. My daughter and son-in-law love it. But since my grandson is only 6 days old, it will be a while before he can ride it. Although these are not the most technically demanding, they sure result in a lot of joy.

Great project and destined to become a family heirloom without a doubt. Your grandson will be taming that bronc in no time.

G’day Don, Me thinks this little bloke will end up with a room full of beautiful hand made wooden toys, but not only made with timber, but a bucket of love….very well done.
