Another Adirondack

This one took me about 3 hours to make this morning.

I like this design. The seat and legs are made first, then the arms go on with a back brace so you have two boards in place to screw the back slats into. It’s so much easier this way.

Don’t be too afraid to trust your eye for getting the back straight, I went sticktly by measurment and it was visibly off when I first put it together. Fortunately I only had to move the back slats about a half inch to the right.

Thanks for looking.

Jim, I wish I could sell them as fast as I can make them.

Looks good, and I believe that this is the method I used to make Adirondack chairs a few years ago. Hope these are selling well for you!

Excellent work! 3 hrs. to build? It would take me that long just to find the lumber. As to selling them, if you would lower your price to say $10.00, I promise you will sell more faster than you can make them. lol.

See the happy moron. He doesn’t give a damm. I wish I were a moron, my God perhaps I am.
