When I started woodworking I decided to number my attempts. This is number 21, lead made with Curupay (end grain) and Cancharana. When I looked for woods here in Argentina, I was very interested in colours for work whith different combinations. I knew very little about wood and took me some month to find a red one. When I found Cancharana I was very happy! The other wood in this box is eucaliptus grandis

I have never seen the tumbling block pattern used like this before. It is quite efective

Nice project. I like quilt box patterns. There are so many designs that you can do with them. Nice contrasting woods for this project.

It’s a beautifull box with awsome colours. Sure, lot to learn from learning box.

Very nice box, good color and design. Red colored wood is rare.

Welcome to Lumber Jocks. Nicely made box. Cancharana is a beautiful wood to work. I had good luck with this design. It features a pivot and magnets. Notice the splines on the corners. Keep boxing and keep posting.

Beautiful box, an eye catcher. The top is attractive with those colors and pattern. Great job!
