Sorry there aren”t any more pics, I snapped this one real quick with my phone. my first try at turning a call of any kind. These little guys are fun! I love how they can be any shape that strikes me at the moment. this one is made of elm, which is fast becoming one of my favorite woods, I love the color variations of it. anyway, thanks for looking, and as always, all comments are appreciated!

sounds really good! I was hoping to get a response from other call makers. are there any specific woods that are better/worse to use than others? I would assume a heavier, harder wood would produce a more resonant sound, where a lighter, less dense wood wouldn’t be as good to use and sound kind of…manufactured, for lack of a better way to say it.
