Turned a Hormigo Negro Bowl. After I turned it, I kinda questioned if that was the species, but thats how I had it marked. Thought it would be darker.

Wow, that’s a real beauty. I like the ring you put around it and the way you flared the top rim. Super nice.

Great looking bowl. I agree with the color being too light.

Nice work, have you put any oil or any other kind of finish on it reason i ask sometimes the finish may bring out the color your looking forBeautiful bowl thanks for dharing

I used lemon oil wax & bees wax. I’m not unpleased with the color, I just thought this wood was darker. Thanks for the compliments.

Beautiful bowl! Like the rounded shape and the ring near the rim. Very pretty grains on the wood. Well done!
