This is my second attempt at a segmented bowl, have a lot of time in this one it was fun, and a little bit of a challenge. It’s made up of 85 pieces of wood, with Mahogany, Cherry, Black walnut, Wenge, Maple, Red oak,
White oak, and Hickory.

Super nice job Bill !
You’ll admire that piece of work a long time from now.
I want to try a segmented bowl.
Hope it comes out half as nice as yours.

Beautiful looking bowl. The wood looks weaved together.

Thanks guys I really appreciate the nice comments. I’m trying to get enough of these built before Christmas so I can give them to the family for Christmas gifts. Thanks again for looking, and the nice comments.

You’re a natural when it comes to turning. Beautifully done.
