Good looking spoon. I like the design!

Congrats on the finishing of that piece. Very nice and functional.

It took me a week or so with the sanding. Couldn’t do it with machine. If you wish to make perfect sanding you have to count at least 50% or more time to consume to achive it.

I really like this. It has a beautiful warm glow to it. Very nicely done.

Thank you very mush!
Its not me who is planning what its gonna be, its the piece of wood that ” tells me” what can be done of it. Then I “just” carv it. I have 5-7 favorite (I’ve done some special)knifes and two or three chisels. Its very difficult here in finland to find the customer who would like to buy one (the price vary betwen 20-40€ but special one with perfect finish is something else) so I have made them for present. This had a good target: my wife’s boss. She has orded 6 kitchen utilitys one rocking bambi and an 2” thick oak tabel top 3’x6’8”. It’s not the next project but one of them.
