This was the result of the green wood part of the program at Rockingham. The back was shaped on a shaving horse (which we also had to make) out of oak by hand, freshly cut from the woods. The seat was bass wood and shaped with an adz. The legs of hard maple were turned on the lathe. The finish is soldier blue milk paint.
