TV cabinet with lift

My wife and I wanted a TV in the bedroom but wanted it hidden since we would rarely use it. I built this cabinet long before “reasonably” priced lifts were available. I tried a variety of approaches for the lift and ended up using 2 linear actuators and a set of heavy duty drawer slides. The lift is kind of noisy but it works fine.

You make beautiful furnitures, this TV cabinet is awesome. Love the lift mechanism and cool hidden design. Excellent job!

Have your say...
