“Shaker style” roll top desk. (Not that the shakers would ever have created a roll top desk.)

Very nice. I don’t have the need for one but I have always wanted to make a roll-top desk just for the challenge. I like your style with out the drawers below….....I am very tall and squeezing under a desk with drawers is always a pain. This is more of a roll-top table. :)
Well done!

That is a real nice roll top. I also wanted to make one but a lot of things get in the way and I’d need a place to put it!!............Jim

Such an amazing job you did on the roll top. Simple, elegant and functional. You have achieved a good looking finish on the wood.

Love the dovetail dados in the dividers. Also the light inlay looks great.

Very nice looking desk, I just finished mine last week. I’m sure it will be treasured by your family forever.

Beautiful work. The finish looks good too. How long did it take you to build?
