This is a carving that I have hanging in a gallery in Rockport, Texas. It stands 26 inches and has many species of wood including ebony, honey locust, and aspen. One of my bigger projects. I’m beginning to think this thing will never sell, but I would gladly keep it if it doesn’t.

The subject is fascinating. I really like the way the wings show the state of the bird feeding the chicks.
