This is the first thing I had at hand to post as a project.

I made this about 10 years ago and stained it way too dark as you can probably tell.

I flocked the inside and the sides were made from some modified crown molding.

-- I never started a project I couldn't screw up.

Looks nice. Very mellow. Great craftsmanship. Did you use stock molding or make it all yourself?

I really like that color a lot …Is that a hint of inlay that I think I see in the lid in picture #1 ?

Ten year ago! Someone really loves this and expected to pass it on. I do love a natural finish but your’s does look rich. My finishs on my project depends on the wood used.
Some I have to paint because I have to hide tooo many mistakes. I have a new rule to measure three time and cut two times.
