I’ve been wanting to make the lumber cart from woodworking for mere mortals for a while now. It is everything I hoped it would be. Only took an afternoon and I did it all in an afternoon. Got everything but the casters from the home center, those I got on Amazon. It really cleaned up the side of my shop. It takes up very little space compared to what I used to have. And it’s not even close to full. This is a wonderful “5S” project for any shop. Thanks Steve Ramsey!

I have always said that if you have the room in your shop, everyone needs a “shorts bin” for cut-offs, and other stock…...I built one for mine about 15 years ago, and it has served me well…I also built a ply rack to hold sheet goods, and get them off the floor…......
