Every week of the year we save for Christmas. Up until now the “The Christmas Box” has been an envelope in a drawer. Now we actuallt have a Christmas -BOX-. Cherry and walnut, mitred corners and then I cut 1/4×1/4 out of the corner and glued in some walnut strips. Not perfect but very good.

-- When questioned about using glue on a garbage bin I responded, "Wood working is about good technique and lots of glue........I have the glue part down."

Excellent idea, I just keep my slush fund…wait a minute…I can’t tell you where it is hidden! Nice box.
