My son has been selling my beverage koozies like crazy for me. His one friends wife is a wine drinker (occasionally as the rest of us) and asked if I could come up with something for her. Made from a Wisconsin birch log, finished with a poly. It stands 12’’ tall and 4 1/4’’ wide. I used velcro to hold the bottom and top together and for easy access. A little sponge pad to keep it from rattling. The black velcro blends in with the burn lines.

Good job and neat idea on the Koozies. Was wondering what it was when I read it in my emails.

Thanks guys. Just another way to past time and have fun in the shop and keep people happy.

Joe, my son has sold a lot of the can koozies for me, those are a lot easier to make.

Monte, Bill, Tony, Jim, Dwayne, I appreciate the complements.

That looks great Dave. I have never heard or seen a Koozie here in Oz, but then again I am not much of a drinker.
Great idea and nice turning…excellent.

Kiefer,thanks for the compliment.

Dave, Thanks. I’m not much of a drinker either, especially wine, but other seem to enjoy it. No koozies there? Is that why they call it the land down under? LOL
