Project Information

The bookshelves were existing but the old mantle was something bought prefab from Lowe's or Home Depot. $600,000 home with a ticky-tack mantle. The VP who owned the house often entertained clients and hated the old mantle. This design is unique but,in my opinion, looks like it belongs. 10' ceilings and it took me 3 days to install. What a bear.

So this is a new mantle? Looks like a lot of work. Did you design it?

The design was mine. The client gave my three pictures and told me to incorporate different aspects of each into the final design. Which I did and he approved. The rest is history.

Nice mantle, you gave me a couple of ideas that I can use on a mantle I have to build here in the next month or so
