This is a planter that was created by slightly modifying a Winfield Collection ‘3D Animal’ print. It was a ton of fun to create this little guy, although, the painting step of the project was rather tedious! He is made from both cedar and pine. He holds two 4” potted plants.

Neat project. I have purchased several patterns from Winfield and have always been pleased. I think I too have modified each of them to fit my own purpose.

Good looking and adorable design. Like the dog design and colors. Well done!

Thanks everyone for the kind comments. This project was a joy to build and still brings a smile to my face everytime I see it sitting on my porch. mrkurt: Yes, he is made out of 3/4” pine. I felt that 1 1/2” would be to thick and bulky.
