Simple chairs made out of pine and mostly screwed together – replaced some really terrible ‘Winnie the Pooh’ chairs that the legs kept falling off off. This was the project where we learned not to go overboard with filler. There were several defects in the wood and we just filled them in. It took so much work to sand all that…and even then you can still see places were its obviously filler or not flush. Oh well, they work for now and it was a good learning experience. And they stack, which is nice.

I’m sure the kids love them. They look sturdy too.

You got to love seeing the kids sitting on one of your creations. Beats Winnie the Poo. :-)

You should be proud, those chairs look good and strong. Great to make things that the kids will always use. Great job!
