This is a set of cuff links I made out of Cocobolo with a strip of Mother Of Pearl inlay.
They are about 25.50 mm in size, finish is CA glue!
They are really nice looking in person, thanks for looking any comment or suggestion are welcomed!!

Neat cufflinks, Robert!! How do you apply CA glue on flat objects?

Thanks, Jim

Hey Jim, thanks for the kind words!!
I use the crazy glue that comes with a brush in it, I apply several layers of it but I do sand softly in between the layers, after I think I have enough layers, I polish out (by Hand) with Micro- mesh to the desired shine I want!
Thanks again Jim… I hope this helps!

Nice project WoodenFrog. I like the combination of Cocobolo wood with Mother Of Pearl. I have yet to craft a bentwood ring using both materials but now I am inspired to do so. It’s on my “to do list” along with a hundred other ideas. :)

Thanks Shannon, I have not made a bentwood ring out of Cocobolo and MOP either but I am going to soon.
I did make one in the lamination style with brass and MOP! I really like the Wood/Inlay combo too…

Lookin great there Robert. If I wore long sleeve shirts I might need a pair but I haven’t wore one specially one needing cuff links in 30 yrs. Mater of fact I don’t even own a long sleeve shirt except some denim ones. Haaa Haaa
