This Project is a Wedding gift for a former employee who worked for me during High School. An end grain cutting board & an edge grain serving tray made from the same Walnut, Purple Heart, Cherry, & Maple. I really like the book matched sap wood Walnut handles on the tray, I debated on doing this or not but I like the look of sapwood on a lot of my projects so went ahead with it and glad I did. The finish is Howard’s Butcher Block Oil, w Bees wax. Congratulations & best wishes to Emily & Alex…........Jack

Nice Wall Decorations OOPS, I mean cutting board and server, you will have the same trouble as I, when you make something this neat and pretty, they won’t use them for what they are intended for. Great job on the pair, and they will look equally as nice as a wall hanging.

Beautiful and great wedding presents. Like the design and the color combo, very attractive. Great job!
