Great point of purchase concept, this is surely an attention getter at the store. Do you mig the racks together inside the barrels or do you pre assemble and slide them i as a unit?

I pre weld the racks and slide them in. I use the staves to figure out the bend of the four posts then weld small squares on the bottoms to attach them to the barrel.the half barrel racks slide right in but the full barrels you have to knock half the rings off remove the end and slide the rack in. after that I put the end back on slide the rings in place drill and screw them to the staves and then cut the door out.

They all look fantastic. Excellent idea on the wine barrels, like the metal racks installed inside. Great job!
