MaFe’s pipe
Smoke signals to US.

This post comes from my Carving a pipe blog . A short blog showing my American friend Eric the result of my efford.

I have made several knifes, but never a pipe before, but now this is history and I have a feeling it might happen again.
A wonderful way to spend a few hours in thoughts.

Pictures:
1. The pipe.
2. With my mark under.
3. Rough cut.
4. Carving.
5. A fine fit in the hand.
6. And a perfect draft at the first test smoke.

Hope this can bring some inspiration, who knows, perhaps even smoke rings.

Best thoughts,

MaFe

Very nice mads. I carved a meerschaum pipe many many moon ago when I smoked a pipe. Have no idea what happened to it. For some reason, a pipe that you make yourself tastes so much sweeter than one you buy.

Again – really nice

Great looking pipe, and it looks like it would smoke long and cool! Enjoy while you can and before your doctors (pulmonologist and cardiologist in my case) make you give it up.

Nice. But to be authentic MaFe, it needs a different pipe in the background!
