Project Information

I got this idea from Steve Ramsey but I done it slightly different. I used some really pretty popular wood,( the soft hard wood) lol and cut it to 1/8" or less. Thinner better. Glued them together. 2 on each side of a 1/2piece so photoessays will stay in the slot. Clamped them a little. Then I put a screw into wood, then curved wood, then drew and so in till it was formed. Found it easier than putting dowels first. Stews leave a slight mark, but it gets sanded anyway when done. Then after forming it I finish putting clamps, let it dry, remove, sand and coat if desired. I will mine just not sure if I want linseed or clear coat.

Cool photo holder! Great technique you have, very effective on bending the wood. Well done!
