This is an older project I did about a year ago. I was bored and wanted to make a box out of some cheap fencing and see if I could get it to come out nice. I planned the wood to make it smooth and made the box. I then cut some foam to keep my airbrush equipment safe and protected.

Very nice project, love foam inserts where everything has its own place :) Thanks for sharing…

Nice build and very useful.

So, what did you use to paint the box? ;-)

I didn’t know you could airbrush. What do you paint? I put mine in a pelican case made for a laptop. Since it still had the phone, I was able to make spaces for paint, thinner, brushes, and a compressor.

The paint was some left over paint from HD. My brother and I had used some of their Behr intertior paint for an Ikea hack project we did with the Ikea Ingo table. For that we had stained the top of the table then painted the legs. then we shellac’d the whole thing. So I used that stuff for the box.

I like it, very cool and useful!
I lost all my airbrush stuff about a year ago, I had to pawn it all then I could not get it out!
I am rebuilding my air brush stuff right now, I might have to build one of these to keep them nice and tidy!
Great work!

Good looking and functional box. Like the simple design and the cool color. Well done!
