I made the first one out of Maple and Cherry then made the second out of Cherry and Maple. Both received 4 coats of Formby’s high gloss Tung oil.

These both turned out great, a nice tribute to the men & women who have achieved those ranks.

Very nice! My eldest son is in the Air Force. I’ve already made him a coin rack of QSWO (dyed with mahogany), which I didn’t take the time to get a picture of before I gave it to him, unfortunately.
