My son was here for a vacation from CT. and we were able to spend some quality father and son time in the shop. We were able to turn out several small projects and these were his idea for some cutting boards. He also was able to try his hand at scrolling. The boards are walnut, bird’s eye maple, and blood wood. All in all a very productive week.

You’ve been busy.
You know you had me with the sailboat here.

These are great looking boards John. I particularly like the birdseye maple and bloodwood together. Your son’s nautical theme is clever.

John, It is always nice to have quality time with the family, especially doing things that both of you like. Great cutting boards. Maybe more for Dad to make and ship back to CT????

These turned out great John, the scrolling makes them really stand out. Great job.

Very nice. I really like the Maple. That’s great that you got to spend time with your son. What kind of glue did you use to put them together?
