My attempt at David Marks Bubinga Veneered Cofee Table from Woodworks. I Could not find any quilted bubinga so I settled for Cherry veneer for the top. The legs and aprons are hard maple with an inlay of walnut surrounding the cherry veneered plywood top.
I used pocket hole joinery to tie the pieces together and finished it out with a tung oil finish.

Very nice! You’ve also given me an idea of what to do with some bubinga veneer I have.
