I have custom made several different shapes and sizes, for producing various brim edge curls, such as the Homburg, the Pencil, the Kettle Curl, the folded up Overwelt, and the folded under Underwelt edge.

All of the Curling tools shown in the photos are made with Hard Rock Maple, with a small inlay of Abalone Shell.

these are certainly interesting little projects you have found.
I would never had known anything like this ever exisited if it weren’t got your posts.

oh, and the placement of your copyright tag in the first picture led me to believe you had stenciled/burned that onto the tool. that was until I got to the second picture and noticed the tag had moved!
