This frame was a request from one of my niece’s mate, they are both graduating from our Naval Academy, and he wanted to have this done to give to his girfriend. its made of mahogany and the decorations we used a local species that we call “huesito” which translate as little bone. probally because its pretty hard.

we made the knots as well and have the tags done in laser.

the frame measures 18×24 .

Very nicely done! I have a similar one and it always attracts comments from visitors. They will enjoy it in the future.

JR45 +1. Reminds me of my youth back in the late fifties and making a large board with all the Boy Scout knots. Of course, yours is far, far nicer! This has the potential to become a family heirloom.
