My sister asked me to build her a box she could keep her remote control in. Here it is. Walnut with Holly inlay.

The finish has a beautiful sheen…the walnut and holly really compliment each other

That is a beautiful box but very much understated, it is far from a simple box. With the holly inlay in the lid, top and bottom and the finish shows a degree of skill and craftsmanship lifting that box well out of the category of simple. You should check out my first post of a box in LJ’s ….. now that was a simple box…LOLWell done it is a beautiful box.

Good looking box! The top has beautiful inlays and grains. It has simple clean lines and great finish. Great job!
