A strange sign request

These look great. I imagine they’re house number/name signs? What did you use to darken the recesses?

Hi Mick, I just used black paint to paint in the recesses of the letters. I am a bit messy when I paint so I just sand it again and that takes care of my mess and leaves a nice clean edge to the letters.
