I was handed a mini Ipad at work and told that it needed to be hung on the wall and secured so no one could walk off with it. It also had to be able to plug in the power ear phones and be able to hit the power button. So a little trial and error I came up with this they love it and it does what they wanted. Which by the way is for residents to log in to there class. It’s made of oak the button I made on a lath out of a nylon rod. The exposed screws are so they can if need be take it out.

Very cool,,,I’ve been thinking of making something like that for my iPad. Did you pad the inside with felt or anything to prevent it from knocking around?

Great idea and a great way to protect it. It looks good and well made. Great job!
