Slate and Oak TV Cabinet

I had been meaning to build a real TV stand since I upgraded to an LED model which no longer fit on the old pathetic cabinet. The new one was built to match my coffee and end tables with slate tops and similar stains.
The front and back are assembled with mortises and tenons and are attached with a long sliding dovetail in each of the corners. The cabinet rests on eight corner casters recessed into the base so it appears to float just above the ground.
The center space holds a speaker, is removable, and is covered with accoustic fabric. The doors have antique glass with waves/lines to break up the outlines of the stereo parts inside and there are three sets of shelf guides for various components.
