Very cool! How is it working with the gold leaf? Do you feel it will be durable? Also did you put a finish over it?

*If Anyone messes with the woman wearing this purse I pity them and the lump on their head; nice job!

Working with gold leaf is an experience all unto itself, was a real challenge for a knuckle dragging woodworker like me. But it really adds a nice touch. You can get all the materials at Michael’s and learn all you need on YouTube. I do apply finish over the leaf. Although I do keep them as light as possible they could be used as a weapon in the right hands.
