This is my first real piece’s of furniture in the house, i’ve made shop furniture but nothing house quality yet. There made from all walnut and soft maple for the drawers. I used the Domino XL 700 for all the joints, it’s 100% assembled by the Domino.

I used General Finishes Brown Mahogany water based stain to darken the walnut to my wife preference, the finish is the General Finishes Pre-Cat Water based Poly. – I typically used it b/c I’m able to finish the top coat in one day, b/c of the incredible drying time between coats.

The shop is closed until late Sept, or the first good weather weekend we get!! lol TOOO HOT now!!!! Ductless A/C would be nice in the shop!!

Hope you enjoy!

Great design and hardware. Not a fan of stains, but this color looks great : )

Question—Assuming the legs are square stock, how did you join the shelf to them—which method?

I used 3/8” stock and screwed them to the inside of the stretchers, then is was a cut to fit piece for the bottom and it rest on the stock screwed to the side pieces. Hope I answered your questions.
