I made this sigh for a guy who wanted to hang it up out side of his camping trailer. I made it from an off cut of poplar with the bark still attached. Sorry I didn’t get a pic of the back. It was about 24” long and 8” – 10” high and 2” thick. I did all the letters free hand with a router and dremel tool for some of the smaller letters. I made them about 1/8” deep and painted them in with a black exterior paint. I then stained and top coated with an Spar urathane.

Just tried making my first sign, using a router, freehand.
