Haven’t done much turning lately, but did get this done recently. 15” tall. Turned, cut with bandsaw, and sides flattened with a handplane. Nice change that it is not all round! :-) Hope ya’ll like the color, in real life it is vibrant & stunning. Happy 4th all.

Beauty Michelle.
It looks vibrant and stunning to me in the photos and I’m sure they aren’t doing it complete justice.
I love the concept and of course the workmanship is flawless.

That is beautiful. I like the design with the flattened cut in the side and the colour and patterning is super!

Thanks fellas..I’m quite fond of it myself!
shipwright: you are giving me too much credit, but don’t stop! I luv it! :-) My 89.00 digital camera takes horrible pictures, and you are right, it is stunning in person.
Hope ya’ll had a good 4th, with laughter & great food…

You might be able to tip this over, but no more easily than I am tipped over by this. Gorgeous. What wonderful striations.

Definitely different. The colour and crazing are beautiful and an interesting shape too.
