This is part of a commissioned series I am making for a client… The barnwood material is from her family’s farm here in Iowa. I produce veneer from the barnwood use a Baltic Birch plywood substrate with a dull conversion varnish finish. The darker accent wood is a stained cherry. The piece has a very subtle bow front.

I just took the time and looked at this piece again. This is a REALLY nice piece of furniture. You could have designed this in a number of ways, but the way you did is simply excellent. Glad you posted this.
