I made this knife handle to match a bread cutting board I made a while back. The knife handle was made with a scrap from the same board.

Jatoba and maple – two of the heavier woods around. The board weighs a TON for one sized for a loaf of italian bread.

Thanks!

Very nice Andrew and a good thought to match the knife handle with the same wood as the board….Great job.

I really like the look your Breadboard and Knife set, Beautiful work! That board would make any kind of bread look good.

Italian bread s my favorite even if your making French toast with it! :)

Awesome… can you post a close-up shot of the support base that the cutting board sits in? I’ve been asked a few times to build one of those…

Hey Freddy,

I actually posted the cutting board as it’s own project a few months ago

There is a picture of the stand there.

If i do another one, i’ll make it lean back more Now, it just sits upright.
