Garden Arbor & Gate

My first time for an outdoor project. This is a replacement for a store-bought arbor that blew over in the wind. I didn’t want to replace it with the same thing so a Norm Abrahm plan would have to be modified to the job at hand. This is all pressure treated landscape timbers up to a 6×6 cut down for the front header. It’s stuck to the ground with cement footings and anchor bolts so it won’t be going anywhere anytime soon. I hope it outlasts me.
Thanks, Norm.

Hi Dave,

Great looking arbor, Norm would be we proud you have made such a good job. I’m sure the creepers will enjoy the excellence of your work.

Thanks jb

Lovely arbor and gate! Like the design, white color and the choice of hardware. I’m sure it will last long and will be enjoyed for the next generation. Great job!

This is very attractive and you did a nice job on it. As a matter of fact, I have a great spot for that in my own yard. Where did you get the plan?
