Red Mallee burl wood originates from Australia and is famous for awesome figure and deep red color. The added perk to this bangle is it appears to have captured three souls of an uncommon trio – What looks to be a Wolverine, a Tortoise, and a Jack Russell. See if you can find them.

Hey Ken! It’s actually a Bangle Bracelet… I know it’s hard to tell with the pictures so close. I’ll edit the post and put Bangle in the title.

Hope you guys are doing well!

JR Very beautiful Bracelet!!!!!!!!! In addition to those beings add spider monkey, prarriedog , horned owl, anteater, mole, lizard, man, frog. Just have to look at it in different angles. A piece of wood like this has a multitude of beings hidden. I’m sure there is a handful more. Nice art!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you Michael and Dave and Ken – considering the level of work you all do I take your comments as a huge compliment.

Whoa that grain is cool, I see the 3 faces but not sure which one is which, the biggest at the top looks to me like a bear cub, bottom left tortoise (kinda creepy monster thing lol) and bottom right defiantly a dog.

Thanks for sharing thats really neat, gonna have to show this one to my son he will love it

mcoyfrog – Thank you! Any chance I get to help a fellow woodworker out to bring in a new generation I’m all for it. Have a great day.

Have your say...
