This is a set of 6 coasters made of Oak and Cherry finished with a few coats of semi-gloss lacquer.

Nicely done. I like these coaster with cork because they really retain the drops.

they look great. What size diameter is the counterbore?

Don – the counterbore is 3 1/4 inches. I originally tried to use a forstner bit, but it was way too grabby so I made a jig to hold the wood and used a hand held router.
