Thomas, At least you get around to it and post. Nice little project and I really like that you made the box too.

Hi Ken :) I love those simple cardboard boxes with no pretention! I scored several boxes of vintage Spartan brass hinges two years ago on eBay, and they came with their original old-timey boxes. I also got several vintage Grundig bakelite microphones which also came in their cardboard boxes. Love that stuff! Because of the shape this one had to be glued, otherwise I’d have settled for the simplest joinery element: staples!
