Walnut with maple inlay. Walnut is all from one tree. Very straight grained tan sapwood was used in drawer framework. Kathie (wife) wanted a cabinet to store our large DVD movie collection, we like old movies. This a large cabinet and to make it easier to move it is sorta made in a stacking barrister design. The bottom and top are attached with cleats and just lift off. This is one of the final pieces in our bedroom/sitting room. All made with variations of this drawer design. General Arm-r-seal finish.
