Just got finished with my first school project, I’m new to the profession and started education as a cabinetmaker.
The idea was to make a chair so I would be able to stand/sit down and work comfortably.
The footstand is not done on a lathe, but carved/planed out and the sanded by using some rigs I needed to construct, I think it turned out fine and Im quite satisfied with it.

love the uniqueness of the design. Well done. I’d love this in my shop where I currently have no tall chair on which to work…

Cool and great design on a chair. Like it, very nice wood colors and grains. Excellent job!
