I finally got around to building an out feed table for my table saw. It’s set on 3” double locking caster so I can roll it out into the center of the shop/garage to use as an assembly table. I plan on filling in the bottom at some point with drawers or cabinets for more storage space.

I also found some cabinet on sale at my local big box store and added a top of 3/4” ply and MDF for some more work space. I would have like to build these cabinets myself, but my time in the garage is limited and right now I’d rather spend that time finishing some other projects.

Both tops are finished with 4 coats of poly. I’ll put a finish on the cabinets at some point but I haven’t decided if I want to stain them or not yet.

Hopefully now that I have some kind of work space I’ll be able to make a few things that are more exciting to look at.

I bought cabinets from a big box store on sale like yours, to make them look “not so big box” i changed the draw fronts and changed the colors of the cab doors and draws. Great looking set, you will great use of them both.

Looks like it is time to build a shed to get all of the other stuff out or your shop. You will be happy with your outfeed/assembly table and extra storage for your tools is always better than hunting through a pile.
