Wow, I didn’t know that a wooden box could look so sexy. Well done!

Nice one Beth.
Is it solid burl or veneered?

I used a veneer burl which I glued to an mdf substrate. It would have been great to use a solid burl stock, but it most likely would have been price prohibitive. The veneer alone set me back $50. The walnut is the bargain of the day. It came out of my scrap bin.
