Lumberjocks isn’t well suited for vertical pieces, so I apologize up front for the sideways photos. This lamp consists of bubinga legs built using bent laminate construction. They are all attached to two pentagram shaped blocks in the middle (hence the blackwood plugs to cover the screws). I had a local lampshade shop custom order a shade to fit it’s rather unusual size. Finish is Arm-R-Seal.

While I’ve worked with bent laminate construction before, this was to a new scale. In the end, the result matched my vision, despite the numerous roadblocks encountered.
