Just a little pizza paddle with some scraps I had. Made from Cherry, quartersawn sycamore, and walnut with a oil and wax finish. Thanks for the idea fellow LJ’s. It’s 12” wide by 15” long , never measured the handle lol.

Nice paddle. Don’t go spanking your kids with this ;-)

Looks good. I should make a few of these and see if they sell.

Thanks guys! I spent the whole night teasing all the kids it’s a paddle. Good luck Monte the only thing I can sell are rustic primitives that I almost can’t bear to make, lol.

If your rustic stuff is selling, I’d make a bunch of it. Get the bucks in the bank so you can buy the wood/tools/accessories you want for the shop. You’ll also get your name known and folks will be willing to look at the other things you make.

Very nice pizza paddle Mike. It probably impressed the kids with that long reach. My aunt had a paddle that she showed us kids occasionally, but never actually used it. It had large holes drilled through it, and she told us that was to reduce air resistance to get a better impact. We behaved ourselves pretty well around her.

That is, without a doubt, the fanciest pizza peel that I’ve ever seen. Great job!

Beautiful pizza paddle! Like the design, the wood colors and grains are attractive. Well done!

Don’t know how I missed this when you posted it but I did!

Is that some of that free wood from your work? Beautiful!
